Osimo City of Art
DISCOVER OSIMO, ENCHANTING TOWN OF ROMAN ORIGINS AND MYSTERIOUS CAVES
Osimo, located at less than 20km from our Hotel, is a town of Roman origins rich in art, culture and even in mystery. Osimo is full of anecdotes from the past, about its ancient Roman walls, about its historical fountains, such as Fonte Magna, which are distributed rather than randomly, up to the characteristic "beheaded" statues always of Roman origin. Not to miss is the Duomo di San Leopardo, San Francesco Church and the Theatre La Fenice. Remarkable also the underground caves, such as Grotte del Cantinone or those in Piazza Dante, with their many tunnels and high-relieves.
Something not to miss: visiting Palazzo Campana you can have access to the exhibition "Lotto, Artemisia, Guercino: the Secret Chambers of Vittorio Sgarbi", where, for the first time on a National level, the paintings of the Collection Cavallini-Sgarbi are introduced. The exhibition will be held from 18th March up to 30th October 2016. For more info, opening hours, ticket prices please visit the website: Le Stanze Segrete di Vittorio Sgarbi.
Booking at Life Hotel and reach Osimo to visit the exhibition will make your stay even more exciting.
